Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a strong foundation in trauma-focused work, but my practice is much more expansive. I support clients through a wide range of experiences, always aiming to meet you where you are and create space for whatever you're holding.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach to tailor therapy to meet your unique needs, rather than taking a one size fits all approach. I value creativity, authenticity, and real human connection in the therapy space—I'm not a blank slate. I often incorporate metaphors to help make sense of complex emotions and ideas, and work through the lens of attachment to better understand how early relationships shape who we are.

At the core of my work is a belief that therapy should be collaborative, flexible, and grounded in respect for your lived experience.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to walk alongside you to help you explore what’s working, what’s not, and what might need to shift. Whether you're navigating old wounds, current stressors, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in a way that feels real and collaborative.
