Great to meet you!

I consider it a privilege to hear my clients’ stories and understand the experiences that have shaped how they see themselves, relate to others, and move through the world. You may find yourself constantly scanning other people’s emotions while struggling to identify your own, putting everyone else’s needs ahead of yours, or carrying beliefs about yourself that no longer fit who you are. I work with women navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, life transitions, and the many emotional changes that can come with your career, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, and other seasons of life. Sometimes part of you wants things to change while another part feels protective, uncertain, or afraid to let go of what you've known.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, compassionate, and client-led. I believe meaningful healing happens when clients feel safe enough to explore their experiences honestly and at their own pace. Together, we work to better understand the emotional patterns, protective responses, and past experiences that may still be affecting your present relationships, emotions, and sense of self. I strive to create a space where you feel supported while also gently challenged toward growth and self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is not about forcing change or having everything figured out right away. It’s about creating space for deeper understanding, healing, and new possibilities to emerge over time. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more aware of your needs and emotions, and more able to move forward with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
