Great to meet you!

I consider it a privilege to walk alongside my clients and hear their unique stories. Often, the experiences we’ve been through continue to shape the way we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world long after the moment has passed. You may find yourself stuck in patterns rooted in past trauma, constantly scanning other people’s emotions while struggling to identify your own, or carrying beliefs about yourself that no longer serve you. Sometimes a part of us resists therapy or change, even while another part deeply wants healing and relief.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, compassionate, and client-led. I believe meaningful healing happens when clients feel safe enough to explore their experiences honestly and at their own pace. Together, we work to better understand the emotional patterns, protective responses, and past experiences that may still be affecting your present relationships, emotions, and sense of self. I strive to create a space where you feel supported while also gently challenged toward growth and self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is not about forcing change or having everything figured out right away. It’s about creating space for deeper understanding, healing, and new possibilities to emerge over time. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more aware of your needs and emotions, and more able to move forward with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
