Great to meet you!

My name is Hope Holman. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I am a retired Navy veteran who earned my Master of Social Work at Saint Leo University. I have served clients with a wide range of concerns including; but not limited to, depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, domestic violence, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, anger issues, relational conflict, emotional abuse, abandonment/rejection, and life changes.

My approach to therapy

My style of counseling is warm, non-judgmental, supportive, and encouraging. My therapeutic approach is strength-based, combining Cognitive-Behavioral and Client-Centered Therapy; however, I am experienced in several other treatment modalities.
