Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Hope—a compassionate therapist with 21 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, adolescent support, and women’s mental health. My approach is holistic and personalized, blending evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness with a deep respect for each person’s unique story.

I believe in the power of healing through connection and self-awareness. Whether you're facing anxiety, navigating a difficult transition, or seeking greater purpose and clarity, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll build a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a collaborative and supportive experience. I take the time to listen deeply, explore the emotional layers of your life, and help you connect the dots between your thoughts, behaviors, and overall well-being. I focus on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while encouraging small, meaningful changes that lead to lasting growth.

You’ll leave each session feeling supported, validated, and equipped with tools to make real progress between sessions. I’m here to guide you, but you’re always in the driver’s seat.

What you can expect from me

We’ll begin with a thoughtful, in-depth assessment to understand what you’re experiencing and what you’re hoping to change. From there, we’ll create a plan that’s tailored to your unique needs using CBT, mindfulness, and humanistic techniques to help you manage stress, shift unhelpful patterns, and build greater emotional resilience.

I also incorporate gentle ‘homework’—simple practices you can use in daily life to reinforce the work we do together. Throughout the process, I’ll offer feedback, encouragement, and ongoing support as you move toward healing and positive transformation.
