Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 15 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, young adults, and families through life's challenges. My background in education and school counseling has given me a deep understanding of anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and the unique challenges people face at every stage of life. I also look forward to working with adults who are navigating chronic health concerns, disabilities, or major life transitions. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive place where they feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is collaborative, person-centered, and tailored to each client's unique needs. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, combining evidence-based techniques with compassion and encouragement. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, explore obstacles, and focus on your strengths as you work toward healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting relationship. You'll have the opportunity to share your story, discuss what brings you to therapy, and identify the goals that are most important to you. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable, supported, and hopeful about the journey ahead!
