Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience as a therapist. I've worked predominantly with adolescents and families, but enjoy working with adults as well. It takes courage to seek help and I look forward to partnering with you as you take steps to heal and grow as a person.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a partnership built on a solid therapeutic relationship. Taking a supportive, compassionate and nonjudgmental approach, my goal is to help you develop a good understanding of yourself and what you can do to make the changes you desire. I have a strong cognitive behavioral background and use that knowledge to help people develop the skills essential to improve their quality of life.

What you can expect from me

First sessions typically focus on gaining an understanding of what brought you to therapy and what you hope to achieve in our work together.
