I specialze in working with school age children, Victim's of Crimes, First Responders and anyone dealing with past or current traumas. Sometimes we need help sorting through our feelings and emotions so that we will be able to reach our full potential. Past or current trauma can be a huge obstacle to setting goals and keeping them. I specialize in helping adults and children work through unproductive feelings by teaching the skills needed to successfully move through the trauma..

My approach to therapy allows the client to be in control of their sessions and what we talk about but also interjection when needed. I work with clients to approach all mental health issues as an opportunity to learn and grow.

To be able to set goals and be successful at acheiving those goals, you must feel safe and nurtured in order to focus on everyday tasks. It is important that you are able to share their thoughts, feelings, hopes and dreams with someone who makes them feel safe.
