It’s nice to meet you! My name is Hope, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, relationship and family concerns, and the many transitions that life can bring.
I strive to create an open, supportive space where you can share your experiences at your own pace. Together, we can explore the challenges you’re facing while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and confident in everyday life. My approach incorporates elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and challenge unhelpful or “sticky” thoughts, as well as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to support distress tolerance and emotion regulation. While our sessions are primarily conversational, I use a person-centered approach to ensure our work feels collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. Above all, I hope to bring warmth and comfort to a space where you can feel safe being yourself.
In our first session, you can expect a relaxed opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore what you hope to gain from the process, and begin identifying goals that can guide our work together. My hope is that our time together feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs.
