Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in helping adults, women, veterans, BIPOC, and military families navigate the emotional weight of anxiety, trauma, and burnout. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative — I believe therapy should feel like a safe conversation with someone who truly gets it.

I use evidence-based modalities such as🧠 Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-CBT); 🧘 Mindfulness and Acceptance-Based Therapies (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy-ACT); and ❤️ Relationship and Family Therapies (Family Systems Therapy). My desire is to help clients begin to heal at the root, not just manage symptoms. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns keeping you stuck and gently shift the beliefs that no longer serve you. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally free — not just in therapy, but in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is deeply collaborative, rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when we work together as equal partners. I see therapy not as a one-sided process, but as a dynamic relationship where your insights, experiences, and willingness to engage are just as vital as my clinical expertise. When we combine our efforts, we create a powerful foundation for healing and growth.

Together, we’ll build a therapeutic environment where change is not only possible, but sustainable. A space where you can unpack the burdens you’ve been carrying, challenge the beliefs that no longer serve you, and begin to reconnect with your inner strength. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, our work will focus on helping you gain clarity, reclaim your voice, and move toward the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe me as warm, authentic, and straightforward — someone who brings both heart and clarity to the therapy room. I show up as a real person first, not just a therapist — so you’ll always get warmth, honesty, and my full attention. My style is relational and engaged: I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and offer insights that challenge you to grow.

As you gain insight and clarity, we’ll turn those discoveries into forward momentum. We’ll celebrate your wins — big and small — and reflect on the meaning behind your progress. I’ll be there to remind you of your strength, challenge you when needed, and walk beside you as you reclaim your voice, your peace, and your power.
