Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida with professional experience in child welfare, trauma-informed care, and family therapy. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work and have dedicated my career to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life's challenges and build healthier relationships. My areas of focus include trauma, family conflict, parenting challenges, life transitions, anxiety, and overall emotional well-being. I am committed to providing a compassionate, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients can heal, grow, and achieve meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I take a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore challenges and build on their strengths. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing concerns such as trauma, anxiety, family conflict, parenting challenges, and life transitions. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based practices, solution-focused techniques, and family systems approaches, I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. My focus is on helping clients develop effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where we focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brought them to therapy. I typically gather information about current concerns, relevant history, strengths, and what they hope to achieve. Together, we begin identifying initial goals for treatment and discuss what progress might look like moving forward. My aim is to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable beginning the therapeutic process.
