Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my goal is to support my clients in reaching their goals. As a society, we need to be aware that our mental health is as critical as our physical health for our overall well-being. My goal as a therapist is to guide my clients for a positive psyche fitness.

My approach to therapy

I will empower you and provide you with support and guidance in reaching your personal goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to focus on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together, is a chance for you and I to get to know each other. You don’t need to prepare anything special, just come as you are. The goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected and comfortable. I will invite you to discussed, what’s going on in your life, why you’re seeking therapy now, what you hope to gain from the process. You can share at your own pace. There’s no pressure to tell your whole story. It’s completely okay to feel nervous or unsure. Therapy is a journey and your first session marks the start of building your Psyche Fitness, one step at a time.
