Great to meet you!

I am a dual board-certified nurse practitioner, having completed my Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) training at South University and my Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) training at Wilkes University. My clinical focus is mental health.

I believe in caring for the whole person and am passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. I value collaboration and actively incorporate each patient’s preferences, needs, and input into their individualized treatment plan. Patients often describe me as pleasant, knowledgeable, empathetic, and an attentive listener.

My approach to therapy

My approach to mental health care is grounded in psychoanalysis. I use this framework to explore patients’ past and present experiences, including trauma, that may influence their current mental and emotional well-being. This deeper understanding allows me to develop more effective, individualized treatment plans.

My practice is client-centered, emphasizing guidance, support, and collaboration. I encourage patients to identify the changes they wish to make and support them in setting realistic, achievable goals. Together, we regularly review progress and adjust the plan as needed to promote sustained growth and healing.

What you can expect from me
