Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m Hosson Hooper, a licensed marriage family therapist with over 10 years of experience. My practice is dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals and families.

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of human connection and the resilience of the human spirit. My own experiences with therapy have shown me the profound impact it can have, and I am passionate about helping others find their path to healing.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining Strength Base and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and elements of psychodynamic therapy. This allows me to tailor my methods to each client’s unique needs, promoting both immediate relief and long-term growth. I focus on creating a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood.

What you can expect from me

My clients’ well-being is my top priority. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings. Each session is tailored to meet the specific goals and needs of the individual. I am committed to being an active partner in my clients’ journeys toward mental wellness.
