Great to meet you!

I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions so they can feel more confident, balanced, and connected to themselves. I also enjoy supporting individuals navigating cultural, identity, and multicultural concerns who want a space where they feel seen and understood. If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying more than you can manage on your own, therapy can help you gain clarity, build healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe each person already has strengths, resilience, and the capacity for change. My role isn't to tell you who to be, but to work alongside you as we build on the tools you already have, develop new skills, and navigate life's challenges together. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to grow and move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is grounded in, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-based and Narrative Therapy principles, with the belief that each person already holds strengths, resilience, and the capacity for change. I work from a collaborative perspective, helping clients identify and build upon their existing tools to navigate challenges and create meaningful change. Along the way, I will provide education, practical suggestions, skill-building strategies, and emotional support to help you better understand yourself and your experiences. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered to rewrite your story and move toward the life you want to build.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know one another, explore what brings you to therapy, and talk about what you hope life can look like moving forward. Starting therapy is an opportunity to prioritize yourself, gain a deeper understanding of your experiences, and begin creating the future you want. I invite you to schedule your first session, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
