Great to meet you!

Licensed as a Mental Health Counselor since 2015 and providing psychotherapy since 2008 I have an extensive background in treating clients for bipolar depression, anxiety, sex and drug addiction, alcoholism as well as PTSD, ADHD, and relationship counseling. I enjoy helping couples create healthy boundaries, resolve issues of infidelity, and betrayal trauma, and how to rebuild trust in codependent dysfunctional, maladaptive relationships.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a caring and empathetic approach to better understand what my client's circumstances are so that I may offer them an opportunity to gain a better perspective, so they may find solutions that can be practiced on a daily basis. Overall I am a solution, focused therapist and employ cognitive behavioral therapy to achieve a successful outcome.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to experience emotional, and spiritual growth. This is perhaps the most rewarding experience. Being able to witness firsthand the growth, changes, and transformations our clients achieve from the moment they walk through our doors till the time they are ready to ‘commence’ and move on with their journey in recovery (new way of life) is the most rewarding experience you can imagine. The client goes from ‘hopeless’ to ‘full of hope’. This is the turnaround we hope to achieve.
