Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) providing Telehealth services across California, I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment where clients can explore challenges, build insight, and move toward lasting growth. My path into therapy is shaped by a unique background in both Counseling Psychology and Computer Science, along with years of experience leading collaborative work within innovative technology environments, including roles at Google and Amazon. This blend of experiences allows me to approach therapy with both compassion and curiosity—helping clients navigate life’s complexities while honoring their individual strengths, values, and goals.

My approach to therapy

As a bilingual therapist offering services in both English and Mandarin Chinese, I am passionate about making therapy accessible and culturally responsive for diverse communities. My goal is to meet you where you are—with empathy, authenticity, and practical support—so that together we can create meaningful change and help you feel more connected to yourself and your life.

What you can expect from me

Clinically, I have experience supporting individuals through crisis intervention, grief and loss, addiction recovery, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and adolescent mental health concerns. I have worked extensively in high-acuity settings, including crisis line operations and facilitating structured therapeutic groups, which has strengthened my ability to remain grounded, thoughtful, and supportive during difficult moments.
