Great to meet you!

My name is Huda — the Arabic meaning of the word is guidance, and my parents couldn't have picked a better name to fit my profession.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 29 years of experience providing psychological services across individual, couples, adolescent, and family therapy. My clients have described my approach as genuine, direct, empathic, non-judgmental, and gentle. I believe the foundation of good therapy is a safe, comfortable space where you can bring what's really going on — no matter what has brought you here. Taking the first step is not easy; I congratulate you on making the choice to begin working on yourself.

My approach to therapy

I hold a doctorate from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, an APA-accredited institution. Over nearly three decades of practice, I have worked with people from a wide range of ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic levels, and life situations. I'm fluent in Arabic and deeply familiar with the cultural nuances of Middle Eastern communities and the Muslim faith — creating space where your whole story can be heard without needing translation or explanation.

What you can expect from me

I chose this profession to make a real difference in the lives of my clients, and I remain passionate about that work every day.
