Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, mood swings, addiction, trauma, sleep problems, or constant stress, or you’re worried about your child or family, you’re not alone. Many of the people I work with come in feeling stuck, discouraged, or unsure where to start. You want real relief, practical tools, and someone who treats you with kindness and respect. With over a decade in mental health care, I focus on building a trusting relationship so you feel safe being open about what’s really going on.

My approach to therapy

My role is to be your guide with compassionate, non-judgmental, evidence-based care. I support people facing substance use challenges, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, eating concerns, panic, grief, PTSD, anger, and family stress. I use practical therapy approaches like CBT along with medication support when helpful. We work together to understand your expectations and create a plan that fits your goals, your culture, and your daily life, not a one-size-fits-all formula.

What you can expect from me

Our first sessions focus on getting to know you and what you want to change. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and make space for your story without judgment. Together we clarify priorities and map out next steps for care. I work with all ages, from young children to seniors, and offer support in English and French. If you’re ready for steady, compassionate guidance, this is a place to begin.
