Great to meet you!

I strive to be a compassionate and professional therapist with a strong academic foundation and specialized training in CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and TIIP. To bring a sincere and client-centered approach to care, integrating evidence-based practices with holistic, non judgemental and culturally responsive methods to promote emotional resilience, self-awareness, and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, I try to embody sincerity, compassion, and professionalism in every interaction. I aim to meet clients where they are, offering genuine care while guiding them with evidence-based approaches toward meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where they can share at their own pace. We will begin by getting to know your concerns, your goals for therapy, and any important life experiences that have shaped where you are today. I will ask some questions to better understand your emotional, behavioral, and, if relevant, spiritual needs.

Together, we will start identifying patterns and areas of focus, and I will outline how therapy—using CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and, if desired, faith-integrated approaches—can support you. My goal in the first session is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and comfortable moving forward.
