I am a dedicated and patient-focused professional with extensive experience in providing psychiatric consultation, diagnostic, and treatment services to the identified patient population, including medication management and crisis intervention services. I graduated with a DNP/MSN in psychiatric/mental health from the University of South Alabama and currently treat psychiatric/mental health disorders from 6 years old and above.
Working with clients in psychiatric and mental health involves a multifaceted approach tailored to everyone’s needs. My approach to treatment is a client-centered approach through, holistic care and evidence-based practices. By combining these approaches, specializations, and focuses, I aim to provide comprehensive, empathetic, and effective mental health care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
The goals/outcome are typically involves symptom reduction/management, skills building with coping mechanisms, personal growth and self esteem with improved relationships/communication. I strive to provide a supportive/non judgment environment, comfortable and welcoming while also being culturally sensitive to every individuals value/belief system.
