Great to meet you!

I provide therapy in a way that is warm, collaborative, and deeply personalized. I work with people navigating trauma, addiction, grief, ADHD, anxiety, and other emotional and mental health challenges, and I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs, goals, and lived experiences.

My work is grounded in the power of the therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a space of safety, trust, and honesty where we can explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be contributing to emotional pain or keeping you feeling stuck. Together, we work toward healing those patterns so you can move toward a life that feels more authentic, empowered, and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to the person in front of me. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all model. I work to understand each client’s history, patterns, strengths, and goals so that therapy feels relevant, grounded, and genuinely helpful.

I draw from evidence-based practices while also paying close attention to the deeper emotional and relational experiences that shape how people cope, survive, and move through the world. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to feel less alone, and challenged enough to make meaningful change.

I specialize in working with trauma, addiction, grief, ADHD, anxiety, and other emotional and mental health concerns. My work is rooted in the therapeutic relationship and focused on helping clients build insight, process painful experiences, strengthen coping, and move toward healing in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a compassionate, collaborative space where they feel genuinely supported and understood. I’m committed to helping each person uncover the root causes of their struggles while building practical tools for lasting change. My work is grounded in a deep desire to create a better world—one person at a time—and I feel honored to walk alongside people on their healing journeys.

I have a special passion for working with boys and young men. With so few male therapists available, I aim to offer a positive, corrective experience in a space that feels safe, empowering, and built on trust. My goal is for every client to walk away feeling more connected to themselves, more hopeful, and more capable of living a meaningful life.
