Huthaifa Bany Huthail

I’m Huthaifa Bany Huthail, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in California and Arizona. I earned my MSN and post-master’s PMHNP certificate at Purdue University Global. My nursing background includes extensive experience in intensive care, where I learned the importance of listening closely and caring for the whole person. My practice focuses on helping people experiencing anxiety, depression, adult ADHD, panic symptoms, and sleep difficulties.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on practical steps toward your goals. I take time to understand your symptoms, daily challenges, cultural background, and treatment preferences. Together, we explore options that may include medication when appropriate, coping strategies, and changes to sleep and daily routines. I explain recommendations clearly and encourage questions so you can take an active role in your care.

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a welcoming space without judgment. We’ll discuss what brought you to care, your symptoms, medical and mental health history, and what you hope to change. We’ll also review any medications and previous treatments. Together, we’ll identify your priorities and discuss an initial treatment plan, with time for your questions and clear next steps.
