Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with a background in acute psychiatric care and substance use treatment. While I bring clinical experience that can support your journey, I believe that you are the expert of your own life. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you and work together toward building the life you want and deserve.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I often draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help us better understand the different parts of you that show up in daily life. Together, we'll work to reframe unhelpful thinking patterns and create space for more supportive and balanced ways of being.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you get what you need from this experience. If you're here to better understand patterns in your life, we’ll work together to identify them. If you're seeking a specific emotional shift, we’ll set realistic, achievable goals to move in that direction. If you're looking to strengthen your coping skills, that’s where we’ll focus. This space is yours—let’s make it meaningful for you.
