Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental and emotional well-being. My clinical background spans psychiatry, neurology-oncology, and primary care, giving me a broad perspective on how physical health, serious medical conditions, and life experiences impact mental health. I have expertise in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, with a special focus on mood disorders, PTSD, and ADHD. Many of the people I work with come to me feeling overwhelmed—struggling with sadness, anxiety, depression, or a sense of hopelessness. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where we can work together to understand your challenges, build coping skills, and find a path toward stability, resilience, and renewed hope.

My approach to therapy

I provide compassionate, collaborative mental health care tailored to your unique needs. My style is empathetic and nonjudgmental, combining evidence-based treatments—such as medication management with attention to the mind-body connection. I work with a wide range of mental health concerns, specializing in mood disorders, PTSD, and ADHD, to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered toward lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

I believe mental health isn’t just personal—it has a ripple effect. When one person feels more balanced and whole, their relationships, family, and community all benefit. In our sessions, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we work together to understand your challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools you can use in daily life.

Outside of my work, you’ll often find me outdoors—playing soccer, hitting a tennis ball, or simply enjoying the sun. If you’re ready to take a step toward healing, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
