Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Ian and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I specialize in a wide range of issues like anxiety, depression, sleep disorders, PTSD, stress management, low self-esteem, communication issues, chronic pain, identity confusion and exploration, attachment disorders, and work-related issues like stress and career exploration.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, nonjudgmental, honest, and energetic. It is my goal to meet you where you are at, identify what you would like to see for yourself for therapy. I believe that everyone has the right to heal in a safe, compassionate, and empowering environment.

What you can expect from me

In the first appointment my goal is to start building a relationship that fosters growth, compassion, and identifying your goals for treatment while also getting to know symptoms and concerns. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
