Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience working and training as as a psychotherapist. My goal is to cultivate therapeutic relationships that are equally as effective as they are authentic and meaningful. I view psychotherapy through a humanistic and relational lens and practice evidence-based interventions from CBT, DBT, and ACT. My interactional style is warm, supportive, and also direct.

My approach to therapy

The relationships I develop with clients are important to me and provide a foundation for establishing trust, safety, and genuine connection in the therapeutic space. I know from years of experience that clients gain the most when they feel comfortable being their true selves with their provider.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a process. Each session differs uniquely depending on the individual's needs, circumstance, personality style, and goals in treatment. My hope is that clients leave sessions feeling seen, validated, and supported. I also challenge my clients to expand their thought patterns and perspectives, engage in reflective and insight-building exercises, take growth-oriented risks, and honor and express their emotions while inside and outside of sessions.
