Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with my Ph.D. in Psychology. I love working with clients from a variety of backgrounds and am known for taking on "tough cases." I have years of experience helping people through traumatic events including severe cases of posttraumatic stress disorder. I also worked for many years at an inpatient addiction rehabilitation facility, so I am well equipped to help people on the road to recovery.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to counseling is tailored to your needs. I find that different clients need different solutions. My first priority is getting to know you and helping you find the best path to meet your goals. I have training and experience in many different approaches to therapy and am always focused on finding the best fit for you.

What you can expect from our first session

Counseling sessions with me are very laid back and we can cover any topic you want. Your goals are my goals. I can help you find solutions, think about things from a different perspective, or simply feel heard. At the end of our first session, I want you to know that you have an ally and feel confident that things can get better.
