Great to meet you!

It has been my privilege to support adolescents, adults, couples, and families in reaching their wellness goals through therapy over the past decade. Being a clinical social worker, I have sat in the darkest part of life with individuals while helping them navigate a path to their own light. My expertise is addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and relational conflict. I am skilled in a wide range of treatment approaches that are provided with authenticity, humility, and respect.

I believe every therapy session is an opportunity to learn more about your needs and how I can best serve you. Whether your therapy journey is focused on healing internal trauma or coping with day-to-day stressors, my goal is to see you thrive.

I earned my master’s degree in social work from the University of South Carolina and a certificate in drugs and addictions studies. I hold clinical licenses that allow me to serve South Carolina and Illinois. I hope you will give me the opportunity to collaborate with you.

My approach to therapy

Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is my approach to therapy, allowing clients to explore their beliefs, patterns and experiences. Through exploratory questioning, I hope to help clients better understand their current challenges and identify shifts that lead to positive self-fulfilling growth.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, one can expect to share their current challenges, learn more about their options in therapy, establish safety practices and learn about their rights.
