Great to meet you!

I have 10 years of experience serving diverse communities across the lifespan in the Milwaukee area. My work is grounded in a deep respect for culture, lived experience, and the resilience of individuals, families, and communities. As a mother of two a dog parent, I understand firsthand the complexities of balancing caregiving, identity, and personal well-being.

My approach to therapy

I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience into the therapy space, creating a supportive, affirming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I am passionate about working with people from all walks of life and am especially committed to culturally responsive care that honors each client's unique story, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive space focused on getting to know one another. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to gain from our work together, and any immediate concerns you'd like support with. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions and get a feel for my approach to therapy.

I'll gather some background information to better understand your experiences, relationships, and strengths, while being mindful of pacing and comfort. There is no pressure to share everything at once- therapy is a process, and we move at a pace that feels right for you.
