Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ieshia Webb, and I bring a compassionate, real-world approach to therapy, grounded in over 16 years of experience working with youth, families, and individuals navigating life’s most difficult challenges. My professional journey has included roles as a juvenile probation psychological therapist, a child services caseworker, and a middle school educator—each shaping my understanding of resilience, trauma, and the deep need we all have to be seen and supported.

I hold a Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Counseling, and my clinical work today includes a special emphasis on grief, trauma, life transitions, and emotional regulation. My approach blends cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with trauma-informed care, mindfulness, and a heartfelt respect for each client’s unique path.

Grief work is deeply personal to me. Eight years ago, I lost my brother in a tragic car accident—an experience that continues to inform my practice with empathy, presence, and a commitment to holding space for others through their own pain, loss, and healing.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a safe space to process and grow, I’m here to walk with you, at your pace, with compassion and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends evidence-based practices like [e.g., CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy] with a deep respect for your unique story and personal goals. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking a more fulfilling life, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to gain greater clarity, emotional insight, and practical tools to manage life’s challenges. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with your values. Through therapy, many clients report improved self-awareness, stronger coping skills, healthier relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose.

You’ll leave each session with a better understanding of yourself, as well as actionable steps you can take between sessions to support your growth. Most importantly, you’ll have a supportive space where your thoughts and feelings are respected, and where healing and change can take root.
