Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Ieshia Webb, LPC, and I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, respected, and free to be your authentic self. With more than 16 years of experience working with youth, couples, families, and individuals, I bring a compassionate, practical, and real-world approach to therapy. My professional journey has included working as a juvenile probation psychological therapist, child services caseworker, and middle school educator. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on trauma, relationships, grief, resilience, and the many challenges that can shape how we see ourselves and navigate the world. I hold a master’s degree in education with a focus in Counseling, and my clinical work focuses on helping individuals navigate grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and major life transitions.
