Dr. Ezeh is a licensed therapist with more than 20 years of experience. Dr. Ezeh has worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance use, adjustment difficulty, trauma, suicidal/self-harm behaviors, relationship issues, religious and spirituality-related issues, grief and loss, and major life transitions. Dr. Ezeh has a Bachelor’s degrees in philosophy, Theology, a Master’s degree in Education, English, and a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology.

My approach to therapy

Dr Ezeh adopts an eclectic in approach. These include the utilization of person-centered, choice therapy, existential psychology frameworks, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, among others. Dr. Ezeh is here to walk alongside you and help you achieve your goals. Although Dr. Ezeh works from psychological frameworks from tested and proven effectiveness.
