Dr. Ifeoma (Ify) Elebo is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Psychotherapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. My approach is to empower the individual through a holistic problem-solving process. My focus areas include Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Substance abuse.

Our first session would be an introductory one in which you will have the opportunity to share your story and goals with me. My goal is to create a welcoming, relaxing, comfortable and secure environment that enables you to share your unique experience. We will work together to determine areas of immediate concern to you, explore options and agree on a therapeutic plan of care.
