Hello, my name is Ifeoma Nweke. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in mental health care. I specialize in psychiatric care, working in a variety of healthcare settings and supporting individuals through many stages of life. I am deeply passionate about caring for the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. I bring empathy, strong communication, and a genuine desire to help you feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is always to help you move toward a better place than where you started, with clarity, confidence, and hope.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered around you. I believe that healing begins in a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly listened to. I take time to understand your concerns, your experiences, and your goals so we can create a plan that fits your life. I use thorough mental health assessments, accurate diagnosis, and evidence based treatment while also focusing on prevention, education, and empowerment. I see our work as a partnership where your voice matters, and together we build a path toward lasting wellness.

In our first session, I will warmly welcome you and take time to introduce myself so you feel comfortable. I will explain confidentiality and create a space where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. I will ask what brought you in and listen closely to your story, your concerns, and your goals.
