Ifeoma Okwu

Ifeoma Okwu, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-C is a dually board-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner who takes on an integrative approach to treating mental health. She specializes in depression, anxiety disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorders, and sexual dysfunction.

Ifeoma Okwu uses a holistic-centered approach to tackle a variety of acute and chronic mental health conditions. She combines both Eastern and Western principles in medicine to deliver more sustainable results to her clients.

Additionally, Ifeoma utilizes a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused brief therapy, and mindfulness-based therapies to help clients understand the problem and develop actionable solutions to resolve the problem or conflict.
