Ifeoma Ubadike

My name is Ifeoma Ubadike, and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their treatment journey. I believe in a collaborative approach to care, working closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique needs and goals. My focus is on promoting mental wellness, improving quality of life, and helping individuals achieve lasting positive outcomes through professional, ethical, and patient-centered care.

My approach to providing care is patient-centered, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe that each individual is unique, and I take the time to understand my clients’ experiences, concerns, strengths, and treatment goals. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their mental health challenges.

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and confidential environment where they can openly discuss their concerns and goals for treatment. I take time to get to know each client as a whole person, including their current symptoms, mental health history, medical history, lifestyle factors, and any previous treatment experiences.
