Great to meet you!

Building a private practice has been a long-held goal for me, and I am excited to bring the experience I gained in outpatient and correctional settings to a more flexible, personalized way of working. I am available two to three days a week, with early morning and late evening appointment times, so finding a slot that fits your schedule is something I take seriously. I work with individuals navigating some of life's harder moments, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. My goal is a practice where you feel heard and where getting the support you need does not have to mean disrupting everything else in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is built around flexibility and meeting you where you are. I take time to understand what is getting in the way and what you want to work toward. Whether you are managing a new diagnosis or navigating something longstanding, I want our sessions to feel collaborative and grounded in your real life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I focus on listening. I want to understand your history, your current experience, and what you are hoping to change. We will go at a pace that feels right for you, and you will leave with a clear sense of what we are working on and what comes next.
