I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with dedication to providing compassionate, evidence based care to individuals 18 years and older. My passion with helping individuals navigate their mental health journey empowered me to seek further education to acquire a doctorate degree in nursing (DNP). With over 15 years of diverse nursing experience working in different settings and with diverse population, I understand the connection between mental health and overall wellbeing. My focus is to help individuals understand their symptoms and help them manage symptoms that range from anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, borderline personality disorder and PTSD.

My approach to care is patient centered and individualized because I understand each individual is unique. I empower individuals to participate in their care and decision making.
