I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who specializes in helping individuals heal from mental health challenges. I partner with my clients to develop plans of care that address their specific needs & goals. I work with a wide range of simple & complex mental health conditions which include but are not limited to substance use disorder, depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, nightmare disorder, insomnia, ADHD, OCD, etc.

My approach to therapy

I offer comprehensive mental health services (plus substance abuse treatment), including medication management and guidance.
