We offer a wide range of mental and behavioral health support ranging from Psychotherapy, medication management and client referral. You are guaranteed to always feel welcome and at home. We utilize a holistic, non-judgemental and person centered approach to provide quality care to our clients in a calm and relaxed environment. We provide telehealth and office visits. Ijeoma or IJ, holds a Master's Degree in Nursing, and is board certified Psych Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

My approach to therapy

We practice a non-judgement free zone. I want my clients to feel at home and welcomed with no client left behind. My experience has taught me that clients open up to me if you provide warm, patient and a relaxing environment.

At the end of my sessions, my clients feel empowered to tackle the day to day challenges. They learn that with the right coping techniques which i provide, seemingly difficult situations are made easier.
