Great to meet you!

I’ve been working in healthcare for over a decade, supporting both adults and teenagers as they navigate their mental health. One of the most meaningful parts of my journey was supervising a large mental health facility, where I had the opportunity to care for and advocate for many individuals with complex needs. That experience shaped how I show up today with patience, understanding, and a deep respect for each person’s story.

I focus on helping people manage depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and chronic mental health conditions. More than anything, I want you to know that you will be met with compassion and without judgment. Opening up about mental health can feel difficult, and I do not take that trust lightly. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to begin moving forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the best care starts with connection and trust. I work to create an environment that feels supportive, positive, and welcoming so you can share what you are going through without fear or hesitation.

My approach is centered on truly listening and then building a plan that fits you. I use psychiatric evaluation, medication management when appropriate, and therapy to support your progress, always keeping your individual needs at the center. There is no one size fits all in mental health, so everything we do together is tailored to your experiences and goals.

I also believe that you should feel like an active part of your care. We will work together to create a treatment plan that makes sense to you and feels achievable. My role is to guide and support you while making sure you feel confident in the direction we are taking.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for me to really get to know you and understand what you have been going through. We will talk about your current concerns, your history, and how your mental health has been affecting your daily life.

I will ask thoughtful questions, but the conversation will feel natural and at your pace. You will have space to share openly, and I will make sure you feel heard and understood throughout the process.

By the end of the session, you should feel a sense of relief in being able to express yourself openly, along with clarity about what comes next. We will begin building a personalized treatment plan together, and you will be included every step of the way so you feel comfortable, supported, and hopeful about your path forward.
