Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! My name is Ikenna Anyanwu, and I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a Master’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. I bring over 9 years of experience in the field of psychiatry, working with individuals across various settings including outpatient clinics, inpatient units, and community mental health programs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, while creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing. I focus on treating conditions like depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma with a holistic, culturally sensitive lens.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools to manage their mental health.
