Ultimately, my goal is to help improve my clients symptoms and achieve optimal and desired goals.
My approach as a psychiatric NP is to provide personalized mental health care, by providing a safe space, build trust, and collaborate to meet tailored mental health care needs.
My approach is to remain as non-judgemental, emphatic and rooted to fostering a trusting relationship. Therefore, fostering trust, safety and compliance in care.
Each session is unique; however, the initial session is important as I will utilize active listening technique and engage to gather the necessary information to help me formulate a plan that follows an evidence-based approach and therefore, therapeutically improve your mental wellbeing.
