Hello! I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have extensive experience working in the outpatient psychiatric setting, treating clients of all ages. I work with my clients to best suit their needs, and pride myself on being a thorough, active listener. I make myself available to clients in between sessions, in case any questions or concerns arise during treatment.
I believe in an individualized, holistic, and evidence- based approach. I do not follow an algorithm, and tailor treatment to each client. I always consider a clients lifestyle and personal goals when deciding on a treatment plan.
Client's can expect a thorough psychiatric evaluation at their first appointment where we discuss diagnoses and treatment plan. I ensure that clients leave sessions educated on their medications and how they may affect their mental and physical well-being.
