Welcome! I am Ilana Wahlder and I look forward to working with you. I am a mother, wife, daughter, business owner, community member, and an everyday person. I work with clients by creating a safe environment without judgment. We will share and work on the issues that are getting in the way of the goals and your life.

I have an eclectic approach to therapy. I believe each person is unique and that more than one approach maybe needed to get the best outcomes.

I want each client to know the are valued and that we will take the strengths they have and utilize them to work towards their goals.
