I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with background experience as medical doctor from my home country, Cuba. I have several years of professional experience working with patients struggling with mental health conditions, at inpatient and outpatient settings. I fluently speak Spanish and English.
We offer psychiatrist Initial evaluation, psych follows up and medication management treatment, in-office sessions and/or telehealth appointments. Our office is open on weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm, also Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm.
I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, impulsivity, insomnia, stress related to their relationships, job or family. During our initial session, we will perform a Psych Evaluation, initiate treatment and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month and sustained improvement thereafter.
