Great to meet you!
Hi, and welcome!
My name is Ileana and I have over a decade of experience as a social justice advocate, case manager, and therapist in the non-profit sector. I work with BIPOC, first-gen young adults as they address challenges such as racial and generational trauma, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem.
As a first-gen Latina therapist, I bring a personal understanding of the complexities of intersecting identities, intergenerational dynamics, and the challenges of being a professional minority. I incorporate a somatic, culturally responsive, and anti-oppressive approach, that promotes acceptance, healing, and re-visioning for all in the therapeutic space.
