I have been working in the field since 2007. I am someone who believes in building rapport is key to a good therapeutic relationship, so that we can get to the root of the issue. I have been in private practice since 2015 and enjoy every moment of it. . I work best with a person who is motivated to help themselves, whether you are a teenager or an adult. You don't have to feel like your life is a roller coaster any longer; together we will find balance!

I like to be straight and to the point, I tell it like it is. I like to be serious, but also know how to have fun. I am someone who won't talk down to you, but talk with you. I am EMDR and EFT (tapping) trained. I will be EMDR certified, as well as a consultant in training to supervise EMDR clinicians. I also have multiple trainings in DBT (level 1), Motivational Interviewing, and Multiple Trauma Based, and Gender/LGBTQIA+ trainings.

I can help you learn how to balance your emotions, and work on changing your negative thoughts. Together we will find what works best for you. My goal is to remind you that we have to take the time to take care of ourselves.
