Great to meet you!

Welcome. I am a mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based support. I believe that therapy provides a safe space to explore difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem issues, trauma, behavioral concerns, and family conflict. I also have experience supporting individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and other mental health conditions, while collaborating closely with caregivers and support systems.

I look forward to being part of your journey toward healing and wellness.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is client-centered, collaborative, and strengths-based. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed practices to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Whether you are seeking support through a difficult period, working toward personal growth, or looking for guidance in managing day-to-day challenges, I am committed to helping you build on your strengths and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel both exciting and nerve-wracking. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you can feel safe sharing your thoughts, experiences, and concerns at your own pace.

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current challenges, personal history, relationships, strengths, and goals for treatment. This helps me better understand your unique situation and develop an approach tailored to your needs.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process, my therapeutic style, and what you can expect moving forward. Together, we will begin identifying goals and explore how therapy can support your personal growth, healing, and overall well-being.

You do not need to have everything figured out before we meet. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, family stress, or simply feeling overwhelmed, we will work collaboratively to help you gain clarity, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful change.

My priority is ensuring that you feel heard, supported, and empowered from the very beginning of our work together.
