Great to meet you!

If you're ready to look deeper and make lasting change, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have received extensive training in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospital settings. My clinical experience has equipped me to work with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, and family-related challenges. I also bring a multicultural perspective to therapy—I speak English, Russian and Spanish, and I understand firsthand the complexity of navigating cultural identity and generational expectations. My earlier career in international marketing and years managing a psychiatric practice give me a unique lens into both the personal and professional pressures people face.

A bit about my approach to therapy

If you’ve tried to “just push through,” but nothing seems to change, there’s likely something deeper happening beneath the surface.

Many of the clients I work with are navigating:

  • Family dynamics that replay generation after generation.
  • Difficulty being assertive or confident in professional environments.
  • Struggles with setting boundaries—with parents, partners, or coworkers.
  • Relationships that feel one-sided or emotionally draining.
  • Parenting stress, where kids act out and nothing seems to work.
  • Feeling stuck between cultures or identities.
  • Ongoing depression or anxiety that seems tied to past experiences.
  • Burnout, self-doubt, or emotional overwhelm that feel hard to name.

I use an eclectic approach such as studying family patterns, psychodynamics and CBT to address the above issues.

What you can expect from our first session

Feeling Stuck in Patterns You Can’t Quite Name?

You’ve probably noticed that the same struggles keep showing up—whether it’s in your relationships, at work, or even in how you talk to yourself. Maybe you’re tired of feeling unheard, repeating the same arguments, or hitting invisible walls in your career or personal growth.

What We’ll Do Together

In therapy, we’ll go beyond surface-level coping. Our work will focus on:

  • Exploring the roots of emotional and behavioral patterns.
  • Identifying and shifting thoughts that contribute to anxiety and depression.
  • Building boundaries and communication tools that work in real life.
  • Reconnecting with your identity, values, and goals—especially across cultures.
  • Creating the kind of clarity and balance that’s sustainable.

This is a space for real growth, not just venting. Together, we’ll uncover what's holding you back—and begin to build something new.

And for Parents Feeling Overwhelmed...

When children struggle, it’s rarely just “their” issue—it’s often a reflection of family stress or unresolved dynamics. Kids don’t need to be fixed in isolation. They need a supportive, responsive environment—and that starts with you. I work with both children and their parents to bring the whole system into focus.
