Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating stress, anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, trauma, and folks in the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Our work will explore emotional patterns, nervous system regulation, relational dynamics, and the deeper narratives shaping your experience. My goal is to help you develop a steadier, more connected relationship with yourself—one that supports clarity, resilience, and a greater sense of freedom.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded, direct, and compassionate. I integrate psychodynamic and somatic therapy, which means we’ll explore not only the “why” behind your experiences, but also how they live and move through your body.

What you can expect from me

first session, I'll take time to learn about what has brought you here, what's feeling difficult right now, and what you're hoping for in therapy. Together, we'll explore not only your current concerns but also the relationships, experiences, and patterns that may be influencing how you feel today. My work is rooted in trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches, which means we'll pay attention to both your story and how your experiences may show up emotionally and physically. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, challenged when helpful, and supported as we begin the process of building a more connected relationship with yourself.
